School Rules & Regulations - The Sanskar School
  1. Students should arrive at school only fifteen minutes before the morning bell is rung. Students will not be allowed to enter the school premises after the morning bell. All gates will be closed for security purposes.
  2. Students should move about silently and maintain discipline within the school campus. They must keep their classrooms and school premises clean and tidy.
  3. School uniform must be worn on all school days. Students who are improperly dressed will be sent home. Students wearing the school uniform should conduct themselves properly at all times.
  4. Students are not allowed to bring valuables such as calculators, transistors, mobile phones, smart watches, jewellery, etc., to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any such items.
  5. Students must take care of all school property. No student should scratch desks, damage furniture or fixtures, draw on walls, or harm property belonging to others. Any damage, even if accidental, must be reported to the class teacher or school office. The concerned student(s) will be required to compensate for the damage along with a fine.
  6. Students should greet teachers, seniors, and elders respectfully. All students are expected to communicate in English within the school campus.
  7. Private tuition by The Sanskar School staff is strictly prohibited. If students are found taking tuition from school staff, strict action will be taken. Parents are therefore not allowed to engage The Sanskar School staff for private tuition.
  8. A student must maintain at least 75% attendance during the academic year.
  9. Absence must be supported by a leave certificate. Continuous absence without valid reason for seven days may result in cancellation of the student’s name. Readmission in such cases will be at the discretion of the school.
  10. All dues must be cleared in order for a student to appear in the final examinations.
  11. Withdrawal of a student must be communicated to the Principal in writing at least one calendar month in advance; otherwise, one month's fee will be charged. Students withdrawing in April or May must pay fees up to and including June.
  12. The school reserves the right to ask parents to withdraw their child if academic progress is unsatisfactory, attendance is irregular, conduct is harmful to other students, or fees remain unpaid.
  13. No student may leave the school premises during school hours without permission from the Principal. Parents are advised not to take their wards home during school hours, especially during examination days.
  14. The school will not be responsible for any mishap or injury occurring in or around the school, during travel to and from school, or outside the school campus.
  15. Apart from parents or guardians, no outsider is allowed to enter the school campus for any reason without permission.
  16. In matters of discipline, the Principal reserves full authority to take appropriate action against any defaulter.
  17. Students and parents must abide by all rules and regulations set by the school. The school reserves the right to introduce, modify, or change rules and regulations from time to time.
Guidelines for Parents – The Sanskar School
  1. Parents are requested to closely monitor their ward’s progress by checking the school almanac daily. Kindly pay attention to punctuality, discipline, and timely submission of school assignments.
  2. Parents should encourage their ward to maintain a balanced interest in academics, extracurricular activities, and sports for overall development.
  3. The school office must be informed immediately in case of any change in address, contact number, or bus route.
  4. Pocket money should be kept to a minimum. Excessive spending in school should be discouraged.
  5. Birthday celebrations should be limited to simple distribution of candies only. Elaborate arrangements such as cake cutting or classroom parties are not permitted in The Sanskar School.
  6. All belongings of the child should be properly labelled. Students should be responsible for taking care of their personal items.
  7. Parents must ensure that their ward comes to school properly dressed according to the prescribed school uniform.
  8. Parents are requested to avoid half-day leave. If a child needs to leave during school hours, a proper gate pass must be obtained from the school authorities.
  9. Parents must ensure that their ward appears for all tests and examinations as per the schedule mentioned in the almanac/date sheet. If a child is unable to appear for an examination, prior written intimation must be given to the class teacher
  10. For the overall development of the student, parents are requested to attend all scheduled Parent–Teacher Meetings. If parents wish to meet the class or subject teacher, they may do so on Saturdays after school hours. Meeting teachers during school hours is not permitted
  11. In case of any emergency, parents should take prior appointment from The Sanskar School office before visiting
  12. Parents are responsible for paying school fees on time. Kindly avoid unnecessary fee reminders. A late fee will be charged after the due date, and no discussion regarding late fee charges will be entertained.
